Thinking about all the aspects, school van routes are decided in such a way that no route would be very long.
Parents will have to inform the Principal/School’s Office for necessary details or any changes if desired.
In any circumstances students are not allowed to go in, behind or under the vans parked in the school campus or outside the campus.
Students should not touch any operating parts/panel of the vanes.
The student has to be on the correct side of the arriving van.
Parents should send an application addressed to the Principal in case the van is not reaching their home at home time.
In case if a child is not coming by van on a particular day, then parents must inform the Principal/School’s Office otherwise the responsibility shall not be borne by the school.
It is the responsibility of the parent to reach the van stop well in time to pick up their ward. The Driver or Conductor would not leave the van to pick or drop the child.
For the children who are coming through private vehicles, the school takes no responsibility. Coming by two wheelers is strictly not allowed by the school administration.
To avoid accidents, students should avoid getting on and off the running van.
Parents who want to avail School Transport facility for their ward should contact the Principal/School’s Office during the working hours for details.
The school does not take any responsibility for the children of school who are availing the facility of the van.
